He is a commercial and Corporate lawyer with great experience in corporate finance and commercial advisory, contract negotiation, company structuring, compliance and governance.
Ivan delivers Hands on. His ability to design the right strategy by assessing each client’s strengths and weaknesses under the law and then effectively arguing their position- has resulted in a truly tailored approach to problem solving.
Ivan serves as a company secretary and board member to several companies in private sector and Non-governmental organizations. He has served as legal counsel to various entities in various industries such as Health services, Education services, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Transportation and Project management.
Ivan is an Advocate of the High court of Uganda, he holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center and he is masters of law candidate at Makerere University specializing in the commercial law discipline.
Ivan is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society. He is also a member of Rotary International.
