Annet is a partner at the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. She has over twelve years of legal expertise, corporate governance and tax advisory. She possesses extensive experience in legislative drafting of both primary and secondary laws as she prior to joining the firm acted as a legal officer in government and its agencies in which she actively participated in drafting of regulations, policies and by laws.

Annet while acting as a legal officer for the different government agencies sat on a number of committees that successfully carried out internal and independent investigations and inquiries into fraud, fraudulent action. This equipped her with a vast experience in conflict resolution and alternative dispute resolution a department she heads at the firm. Annet is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
